Support tools

All support is provided through our dedicated online support system and we use Microsoft Skype for Business to connect to your server or device if we need to provide remote support.


Confidence Warranty

All our custom software comes with the 24 month Magnifica Confidence Warranty. This means we will fix any software defects without charge during this period - you get the ultimate confidence that you can use your software to achieve your business objectives without interruption.

Tailored packages

Our support options enhance the Magnifica Confidence Warranty and are tailored to fit with your exact requirements. We work with you to identify your exact requirements and won’t try and charge for support that is not needed or won’t be used.

Fixed Price Support

For line of business solutions where a guaranteed support level is required we offer tailored, fixed price packages. We develop a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with response and resolution times based on your needs.

Time & Materials Support

If you need more flexibility and guaranteed response times aren't required that doesn’t mean Magnifica won’t support you - we can provide support on a time and material basis. Pay-by-the-hour as and when you need support.
