Our Artificial Intelligence Readiness service is designed to help you take a measured and objective approach to introducing AI into your business.
What’s included?
You will be assigned a technology expert who will consult with you on which areas need to be investigated in detail. They will work with you to structure a plan than delve into specific areas. These areas are not limited to but include the following:
1. Strategic analysis
What are your overarching goals in implementing AI? How do you see AI transforming your organisation and what are the priorities in terms of seeing results that can be measured to prove a ROI as you get started with this frontier technology.
2. Data and workflows
We look across your organisation to discover what types of data you have, where it is stored, its freshness and the security and access policies you have in place. How data is currently created, stored and accessed will play an important role in understanding how AI could be leveraged to make better use of it and gain greater insights.
Data on its own can be consumed by AI to great benefit however when coupled with workflows we can provide AI with greater context about what you are looking to achieve. Documenting and understating current workflows can highlight opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy using AI.
3. Team and skills
Adopting a new technology like AI requires specific skills and approaches so having a team that can deliver is key. When preparing for AI adoption we look at the people and skills currently in the organisation. We’ll draw up a gap analysis to help highlight any areas where training may be required or 3rd party support necessary.
Humans often see AI as a threat which is understandable, this means it is important to take team members on a journey where they are engaged from the start. Clearly defining which teams and individuals could benefit from AI the most is a first step in getting buy-in for AI being introduced to your workplace and daily tasks.
4. Technology best fit
What technologies does the organisation already use and which AI platforms, models, APIs and surrounding tools will fit with the overall goals, data and workflows and team member skills. Often technology choices are made a the project level, so we’ll work with you to identify an initial project then help you choose the right AI tech to deliver it.
5. Project identification
As we assess your strategic goals, team dynamics, and workflows we will uncover opportunities where AI can be a powerful partner—enhancing efficiency, improving decision-making, and unlocking new potential for your business.
During the project identification phase we will priorities your protentional projects then for the first project we will document functional and non-functional requirements, user journeys, any human-ai interactions, integrations and data requirements. From here we will carry out testing on various AI tools and models so that we can recommend the best direction for your business to take.
What are the outputs?
At the end of your AI readiness consultancy we will present an outline of our findings in a report. Contained within our report will next steps for the business and a set of clearly defined actions for your team to take. If a project is identified during the readiness project we will recommend that you progress to an AI proof of concept for which costs and approach will be provided.
If required our technology expert can present their findings to other departments or the board of directors – this can sometimes help when looking for a project sponsor or wider buy-in from across the organisation.

What are the costs?
This service can be tailored to your needs but as a guide our Artificial Intelligence readiness consultancy tends to range from 1-3 days at our standard rate of £750+vat per day.
