Because they’re almost certainly using 10%-20% of its capabilities. Most “I use ChatGPT” workflows in the real world are single-prompt chats with no system message, no custom GPT, no Canvas, no files, no deep research. Our training moves people from tinkerers to real operators of ChatGPT. That’s before you factor in the value of getting everyone on the same plan with proper data boundaries.
ChatGPT Team and Enterprise don’t train on your data and give you admin controls. ChatGPT Free does train on your data unless you opt out, and many teams don’t. We cover the safety basics and go deeper into the specific controls and policy patterns we recommend for ChatGPT.
Real examples from clients: a proposal-writer pre-loaded with your tone and case studies; a brand-voice editor that reviews any draft against your style guide; an onboarding GPT for new starters; a sales-call brief generator that pulls together everything you know about a prospect.
