Questions worth answering about our Microsoft Copilot training.
It’s the single most common situation we walk into. Yes, but training is just one part of the answer. Actually embedding Copilot into day-to-day work is the other part of the answer. Our Copilot AI training raises individual capability but team-level adoption patterns are what make the real difference. For that we recommend bespoke AI training at the team level where we can dive deep into use cases and workflows that make real-world sense to your people.
On raw model output Copilot uses some of the strongest underlying models on the market (OpenAI’s, mostly). On user experience, it’s deliberately constrained with Microsoft deciding that integration with your tenant and your apps matters more than feature breadth. That makes Copilot a solid choice for organisations using Microsoft 365. For varied general-purpose work, ChatGPT or Claude usually feels more powerful.
Microsoft 365 Copilot doesn’t train on your tenant data. It respects your existing M365 permissions model i.e. Copilot can only show a user what they could already access. Foundations covers the basics but we can support you further with recommended Microsoft controls and the policy patterns.
Copilot Studio is the low-code platform for building agents that work across your M365 tenant. For example, an HR onboarding agent, a sales-quoting agent, an IT helpdesk triage agent. You don’t need it to get value from Copilot, but it’s where the real productivity gains live for teams ready to go beyond individual use.
