Wellness Wednesday

For teams to be healthy and productive we need to take care of each other. At Magnifica we believe that work is only part of each of us and our physical and mental health take priority over everything.

Each Wednesday at 3pm* we take time-out to pursue an activity or sport that makes us feel good.

It’s a great way to diffuse any stress or anxiety that might have built up in the first half of the week and to de-clutter our minds in preparation for the rest of the week.
